Eligibility for Refund

Before requesting a refund, please allow enough time for the product to demonstrate its intended effects. We recommend using Jelly Force for at least 3 months to better assess its benefits. However, if you are unsatisfied within the first 60 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that you are within the 60-day period from the delivery date. You can verify the delivery date using the tracking number provided by our carrier.
  2. Send an email to our customer support at contac@worldafterwork.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Feel free to share any concerns about the product; your feedback helps us continually improve.
  3. Return all used or unused bottles of Jelly Force to the following address: 6825 TRADEWIND WAY, LAKE WORTH, FL 33462, US. Include a note with your full name, email address, and order ID to ensure your refund is processed promptly. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned bottles, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Requests submitted after the 60-day window has closed, or orders returned without a valid name, email address, or order ID, may not be eligible for a refund. Shipping and handling fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
